On a clear evening from 7-10 p.m. the telescope of the Griffith Observatory (2800 E. Observatory Road) gives a unique view of the star-lit sky. In the planetarium a big Zeiss projector shows natural manifestations such as eclipses of the sun and moon, the Northern Lights and star cycles.
