Bistro "La Casona" is located in the historic center of Santa Cruz in a house built of adobe and timber
in 1890. Guests can enjoy a colonial-style patio was once the site of a small ceramics factory.
The entire house has been renovated in the traditional style of the region and adapted to function as
a restaurant. Each room of the restaurant is decorated with art and handcrafts made by artisans from
the indigenous communities of the department of Santa Cruz.

We offer daily specials, a variety of fresh seasonal delicacies, a different executive lunch every day,
and a wide selection of a la carte dishes.
