Sign-Up Terms
General
1. This agreement (the "Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions relating to your use of the services provided by bananatrips.com. bananatrips and bananatrips.com are trade names of bananatrips, Lda and are herein collectively referred to as "bananatrips". You further agree and acknowledge that each and every reference herein to "bananatrips" shall be read as a reference to bananatrips, Lda.
2. To complete the subscription process, you must acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and any rules or policies that are or may be published by bananatrips from time to time. This Agreement will become effective upon acceptance of your subscription by bananatrips and shall apply to all bananatrips products and services, whether paid or unpaid, which you may elect to subscribe for or purchase from time to time.
3. bananatrips may at its sole discretion, elect to accept or reject any application for subscription for a bananatrips Website (tm).
4. bananatrips, currently provides users with rights ("Rights") to access a collection of on-line features as set out herein (the "Service"). Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including the release of new bananatrips resources, shall be subject to these terms of service.
5. In order to use the Service, you must obtain access to the World Wide Web, either directly or through devices that access web-based content, and pay any service fees which may be associated with such access. In addition, you must provide or have access to all equipment necessary to make such connection to the World Wide Web, including a computer and modem or other access device.

The Service is offered for subscription and sale both at bananatrips web site and elsewhere by affiliates of bananatrips In certain cases bananatrips Websites have the appearance of the affiliates or otherwise different from the appearance of bananatrips Websites offered directly frombananatrips web site, and may not use the bananatrips name. All Rights created through the System are herein referred to as "bananatrips Websites" regardless of their appearance and whether they are offered for subscription and/or sale under the name bananatrips or under another name, and regardless of where the Rights were originally offered for subscription and/or sale.
Subscription
7. Subscription to the Service may be either free or paid by subscription fee paid by the subscriber. The two levels of service are referred to herein respectively as the "Complimentary Service" and the "Paid Service".
8. The availability, terms and subscription price of Rights applicable to the various levels of Service are subject to change from time to time without notice to existing subscribers upon those Rights being posted on the bananatrips com (tm)website. Such changes shall become effective immediately upon the posting thereof. Please review the terms and conditions of this Agreement to keep yourself appraised of any changes. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of changes will constitute your acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.
Bananatrips service and proprietary rights
9. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service.
10. You acknowledge and agree that the Service and any necessary software used in connection with the Service ("Software") contain proprietary and confidential information that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws. You further acknowledge and agree that Content (as hereinafter defined) contained in information presented to you through the Service or advertisers is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws. Except as expressly authorized by bananatrips or advertisers, you agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on the Service or the Software, in whole or in part.
You agree not to access the Service by any means other than through the interface that is provided by bananatrips for use in accessing the Service.
Registration obligations

In consideration of use of the Service, you agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Service's registration form (such information being the "Registration Data") and (b) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or bananatrips has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, bananatrips has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service (or any portion thereof). You also understand and agree that the Service may include certain communications from bananatrips such as service announcements and administrative messages, and that these communications are considered part of bananatrips membership and that, at bananatrips discretion, you may not be able to opt out of receiving them.
