Nestled in the base of the promontory near the access to the North Beach for those who come from the Lighthouse, sculpted at the limestone basis, with sufficient evidences of the erosive activity that throughout the time have been afecting these structures, visitors uncovers a curious natural cave, the “Forno de Orcaâ€, typical of a sea erosion with high hidrodinamism.
The cave is located, when the sea is calm, far from the water, being many times its entrance completely sanded. But when in spring tides, with angry sea, the waves burst in a violent way against the falésia, the water enters the cave and whirlwinds vigorously in its interior
