The Royal Museum of Army and Military History exhibits the military history.

Initially installed on the site of the Abbey of La Cambre, his actual location is in the Parc du Cinquantenaire.


Here you can find armor and collections of uniforms, weapons, vehicles and military equipment of all ages and from all countries since the eighteenth century to 'the two world wars. You can visit in the 1940-1945 section.

You can also see paintings of military painting, including, in particular, works in watercolor executed from life in the trenches during the four years of the 1914-18 war.

The north wing is occupied by the aviation hall since 1972 when the Air and Space section is opened.

Exposed collection includes various types of aircraft, some of which date back to the early twentieth century. The collection as a whole is one of the largest in the world.
