The Army History Museum and Fort of Copacabana

The fort’s museum shows the early days of the Portuguese colony to the mid-19th century.

In the fort you can see 4 armored domes and 6 guns.

In the museum, the permanent collection has the Hall Cologne - Empire, which corresponds to the Armed Forces in the Colony and the Empire in Brazil (1500-1889) and the Republic Hall related to the theme.
