The Museo del Banco Central de Reserva gives you an great overview of several millennia of Peruvian art, from pre-Columbian gold and pottery to a selection of 19th- and 20th-century Peruvian canvases.

Here you'll see pottery, textiles, gold and wooden artefacts from the Vicus, Mochica, Nasca, Lambayeque, Chimu, Chancay, Chavin, and Inca civilizations in the pre-Columbian Exhibition; pieces primarily from the Nasca, Lambayeque and Mochica culture in the Gold Collection Hugo Cohen and works of different materials such as wood, silver or gold which reflect traditions and customs of different geographical environments.
