The Villa-Lobos Museum was established in honor of this great brazilian composer.

The musuem is dedicated to the preservation and conservation of the legacy of Villa-Lobos in music, documents and objects.

Also having educational initiatives, , the museum is focused on the publication of books and records, concerts and teaching, as well as attending to the research.
