The new Port of Funchal International Maritime Passenger Terminal is a 15-minute walk from the city centre. It lies in a magnificent bay nestling between the blue of the sea and green of the mountains, an enterprise which provided both Funchal and the Autonomous Region of Madeira with a important infrastructure dedicated to the Cruise market segment.
