Did you know that the first cocoa processing facilities in France were situated in the Basque Country?
The visit starts with a small video showing the importance of the chocolate in our region and the cocoa transformation, tasting at the same time some chocolate. You will continue the visit discovering an amazing collection of tools, boxes, machines, chocolate pots , enameled plates .... and other spectacular sculptures in chocolate!
In the end, you'll finish with a hot chocolate made in the old way. A pure delice!!!
