It has the edge when it comes to staging Paris's best electro concerts, alongside its video projections and installations. Artistsâns and musician´s studios and workshops are also housed there making it one of the most innovative cultural projects in Paris today.

You can eat before the gig too - starters of Moroccan aubergine caviar or gaspacho come in at around the 5euros mark, and mains such as truffle and ricotta ravioli or steak start at 12 euros, and the canal-side terrace is a great hang-out and a perfectly protected sun-trap.
