Attached to the Grand Palais, this children’s science museum has excellent temporary exhibits (eg moving lifelike dinosaurs) as well as a hands-on, interactive permanent collection focusing on astronomy, biology, physics and the like. Some of the older exhibits have French-only explanations, but overall this is a dependable family outing.

The home of "universcience" the Palais de la Découverte presents fundamental and contemporary science in a dynamic and interactive way through a range of exhibitions.

Astronomy with the new planetarium, biology, chemistry, mathematics, physics and earth sciences. Electrostatics room, Sun and Planets room.

New permanent spaces: The Light room go into this subject in more depth through chemistry, biology and physics, and the Hydrogen space dedicated to the use and risks of this energy!

The Acoustics room: offers a series of experiments and demonstrations through which you can investigate the phenomenon of sound: the making and speed of sound, structure of simple and complex sounds (organ pipes), harmonic analysis and synthesis, interference and diffraction, Doppler effect, beats, resonance ...
