Las Palmas de Gran Canaria is together with Santa Cruz the capital of the Canary Islands with around 380.000 inhabitants. The city is situated in the northeast of the Spanish island of Gran Canaria on the Atlantic Ocean.

HOW TO GET THERE
Las Palmas has an international located 20 km from the city. The bus number 60 leaves every 30 minutes and costs €2.70. You can also take a taxi, and get to the city in 20 min for 35 €.
The Port of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and the Port of Las Nieves also make connections by sea to many destinations.
TRAVELLING AROUND
Las Palmas has a good and cheap bus system. The most important bus lines connect the most important places of the island.
You can also choose to discover the island by taxi.
The Port of Las Palmas has daily connections to the other islands and there are many tourist cruises.
