There's quite a lot of fancy restaurants along this shiny new-looking promenade. Not too expensive either. Worth a look, especially if there is a huge cruise ship in. You won't spend all day here, and its pretty close to the bottom of that big scary metal stair case. Good views of the rest of the harbour also.
