Established in 2000, on the site of one of Barcelona's first butter-making factories, Formatgeria la Seu offers you a selection of the very best Spanish farm cheese.
Taking its name from Barcelona's Cathedral, Formatgeria La Seu is Spain's only specialist cheese store although, oddly enough, it is run by a Scotswoman, Katherine McLaughlin.
