Kunsthal Charlottenborg is the official exhibition gallery of the Royal Danish Academy of Art.

The palatial residence was constructed in 1672–83 for Ulrik Frederik Gyldenløve, in the Baroque architectural idiom shared by Holland, England and Denmark.
