BEST TIME TO VISIT
Belize has a tropical weather, very hot and humid. The rainy season goes from May until November and the dry season goes from February to May. A good time to visit would be between November and May.
HOW TO GET THERE
Several International airlines have daily flights to the Philip Goldson International Airport (PGIA) in Ladyville, 10 miles from Belize City.
From the airport there are rental car agencies and connecting flights to smaller airports throughout the country.
TRAVELLING AROUND
To travel around the country there are local airlines, rental cars, buses and boats.
Belize has a well organized road system connecting all mainland towns and principal attractions. There are small airports spread around the country, bus terminals in all towns and boat services operating from the main coastal and island towns.
Boats connect the islands and the mainland. Frequent water taxis operate between Belize City, Caye Caulker and San Pedro.
