The Decadent is the restaurant of The Independent, one hostel housed in a mansion inspired Lisbon, in the Bairro Alto, opened in August 2011. Sharing the philosophy of the hostel, this is a place for social interaction and meetings, taking advantage of its location at a point nerve of the city where all experiences intersect, where travelers and locals converge in search of the best of Lisbon.

The menu offers dishes of modern Portuguese cuisine based on the best products and Lusitano flavors.

In palace and between Bairro Alto and Principe Real, the restaurant also offers a decadent The room where no lack creativity, supported by lounge and terrace. Promises "a simple and practical kitchen", "English with a Twist", that "surprise" and a "fair and affordable".
